St. Francis Center: The St. Francis Center partners with individuals and families in North Fair Oaks and surrounding communities to provide education, essential services, youth & community programs, and housing to create community connections so that every person can thrive. Food Assistance: CalFresh provides nutrition assistance to people with low income. It can help buy nutritious foods for a better diet. If approved, a monthly dollar amount is placed on a debit-like card to help you add to your monthly food budget. Fair Oaks Health Center: The Fair Oaks Health Center provides primary care for adults and children, OB/GYN, dental services, women’s health, family planning, podiatry, optometry, nutrition, mental health services, pharmacy, and laboratory. It is located at 2710 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063. New patients should call the New Patient Connection Center at (650) 372-3200 to make their first appointment. Samaritan House Free Clinic: Samaritan House Redwood City Clinic serves more than 1,000 uninsured adults who would otherwise not have a medical home and would rely heavily on hospital emergency rooms for primary care. Samaritan House utilizes the services of many volunteer physicians, dentists and nurses who work with professional staff to offer care. It is located at 114 Fifth Ave, Redwood City, CA 94063. San Mateo County Mobile Clinic: San Mateo County Mobile Clinic provides convenient and confidential medical care to adults 18 years and older. We provide high-quality, immediate health care services within our County to people experiencing homelessness and individuals who are uninsured, insured with Medi-Cal, Medi-Care, or San Mateo County (ACE) health insurance. No appointment needed. The San Mateo County Mobile Clinic will be at the Fair Oaks Community Center, 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City on Tuesdays from 10am – 4pm.
