Cal Water wants to build a water well station with chemical treatment in the middle of a residential area at 503 Fifth Ave in North Fair Oaks. Cal Water bought the house in 2017 and tore it down in 2019 to propose the water well station. At an information session on October 25, 2023, concerned community members asked questions but Cal Water has not answered them. We urge Cal Water to get real community feedback before taking any further steps and for the county to not approve this project until it has the full support of the North Fair Oaks Community.
